This exceptional Spanish Style Rustic Country Villa is situated midway between Cervera del Maestre and Calig on the CV 135. Being in the country it offers beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The coast at Benicarlo is only about 15 Km’s from the house. On a clear day, coastal views of the Ebro delta are visible from the first floor terrace. All the bedrooms have high quality fitted wardrobes. Again, all the shutters and doors are of oak in a rustic style. The en-suit bathrooms are also tiled in a rustic fashion. A large proportion of the furniture will remain in the house after sale.

There is a separate building which houses a large double garage plus a room for all the technical equipment of the house. There is a gas fired on demand boiler for the underfloor heating and also for warm water should the solar water heating be insufficient. There is a 1000 ltr hot water accumulator in the casita. Excess solar warm water can be ported to the swimming pool in the summer. Electricity is by 48v DC system and a 1.8Kw array of Solar Panels on a rotating assembly. The assembly is maintenance free and tracks the lightest point in the sky, making it very economical to run and environmentally friendly. In the unlikely event of little or no solar power, there is a 5Kw petrol/gas fired generator in an isolated special “Generator Room” in the garage. Generator has been used on an average of 3-4 times a year and has probably not run more than 100 hours. Gas is by means of a 1000 ltr tank by the side of the garage. Garden implements: Chain saw, Strimmer lawn mowers can be negotiated in the sale. Security is by means of a 4 channel IP video surveillance system. Two cameras in the house and two in the garage/casita. Alarms can be received on PC and Mobile worldwide Vis e-mail. The former audio system remains. Internet is connected via a 3Mb link. There is no landline only mobile connection to the telephone network. A beautiful home in the country, yet close to the villages and coastal towns/beaches of the Costa Azahar.
