Due to moving countries I sell my studio apartment in Teneriffe at Castle Harbour. I have a contract with Castle Harbour that if I don't use the flat, they can clean and let it off. The only thing I need to do is to have a bank account for the provision. I or my family normally use it for 1 month in a quarter but I still get about 1500-2000 Euros after deductions and taxed into my account. It is furnished and ready to use. No cleaning or repairs required as the complex can look after the flat if you want them to do it.
The complex has a pool and sunbeds free to use for the owner and family/friends. It is about a 15 min walk away from the beach in Los Christianos
