In addition both companies pay the homeowner a monthly fee in excess of €500 which would easily cover the cost of a small mortgage if required.

From the main living room you access the private bathroom (2m 500cm x 2m 600cm) this is adjacent to the main bedroom (3m 600cm x 4m 200cm)

All rooms have fully double glazed windows (2 years old) with electric radiators in the majority of the rooms.
