Unique luxury house on a solid beautiful cliff in the cost of Granada (named Tropical Coast) near Malaga, in the Alborán Sea (West part of the Mediterranean Sea).

A part of the plot (around 1300m), where the house is sited, is 50m above sea level (so that it is quite dry) while the rest (around 500m), which is protected, is at sea level, from where you can reach a boat, for instance.

The house is protected of the East winds (the dominant ones in the area), while Sierra Nevada protects La Herradura from the North winds, so that we have the best year-around local climate in Spain (in the house we measure humidity only around 60% and temperatures typically between 12 and 26oC). This is a very quiet place, European protected "ZEP" zone of the "Nature Network 2000".

Near Málaga and Granada (both with international airports, the first one is connected with Madrid by means of the high speed train AVE, and Granada will be soon), Almería (with a national airport), near the great ski resort of Sierra Nevada, several golf courses,... and has a marina (Marina del Este) just close to the house (within the "Punta de la Mona" resort). The house street ends in a rocky area with direct access to the sea, there are two beaches (in Marina del Este and La Herradura) one kilometer away, and others (including the nudist Catarrijan) a little further. There are shops and all kinds of services (including health and leisure) as well as hotels, bars and good restaurants open all year (in La Herradura and also in the nearby villages of Almuñécar, Nerja, Motril, etc.).
