This luxury apartment is right on the beautiful sandy beach of Levante-La Fossa bay,right on the Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifach, a touristic, quiet and safe area. There are plenty of water sports activities with, pedal boats, canoes, windsurfing and ski jets, fishing, etc.
The small complex is set in Acuarium Park building with beautiful garden and swimming pool, these lead straight onto the front line of the sandy bay, which stretches for approximately 1 km. Shops, 2 big supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the village is just 10 minutes stroll away, with an abundance of shops, banks and restaurants. There are two popular markets in the village on Saturdays, first of food, grocery and fruits and second of clothing and accessories.This apartment enjoys a very clean and modern feel. It It hasn’t air conditionning because isn't necessary. As Calpe is in a cape, it has a microclima, in summer the place has more fresh air and a temperature 3 grades less than other villages or cities in the vicinity (Benidorm, Altea, Denia, etc.). A soft breeze blows ever either from the sea or from the mountains. a modern fitted all electric kitchen, cook top with 3 induction burners, oven, washing machine and fridge brand new, sheets and towels, iron, microwave, toaster,The large comfortable lounge has a settee, plus 2 single rocking chairs, flat LCD TV26”, music center etc. The dining-room area has a spacious table sufficient for seating 6 comfortably.
The two double bedrooms are furnished with: Bedroom 1, with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds, Bedroom 2, 3 single beds. There is a second separate bathroom with tub and shower.
All rooms are bright with views outside to the sea or to the mountains. The main terrace with views to the sea and to the swimming pool is equipped with table and chairs for 6, plus sun chairs. The second terrace has views to the mountains and to the avenue.
The flat is well served by local transport, with bus stop in next building to Alicante airport.(about 35 min.).Taxis are reasonably priced. You can rent a car in the airport or a moppet in Calpe. There are a host of attractions in the area too numerous to mention here, but they include Water Parks, Theme Parks, etc. In the beach: Thursday nights free cinema and all mornings Aquagym.
The flat is given clean and in good condition and is expected to be returned in the same condition. Maximum capacity: 5 persons. Pets are not allowed. No agencies please. WE DON'T LET BY WEEKS, ONLY BY FORTNIGHTS OR MONTHS. THANK YOU.
