The location is great only 25 minutes to Alicante Airport or 40 minutes to Murcia (San Javier) airport, both accessed by the cheap airlines. There is 5 golf courses in the area at present, more being planned. Nearest beach, just happens to be the best on the Costa blanca, that is Guardamar, 14km of golden sand an has the blue flag for cleanliness. There is also the resort of Torrevieja 25 minutes away. North is the Resort of Benidorm with the theme park of Terra mitica only 40 minutes away.
