It’s a semidetached house in Alfinach residential area, in Puçol. A unique place, 25 minutes away from Valencia and 5 km from the beach. (http://alfinach.net/website/)
A 3 floor house: basement, ground floor and first floor.
4 rooms on the upper storey, one of which with its own bathroom, and access to a balcony with wonderful views toward the pine forest of a protected natural park. On the same floor we can find a bathroom for the other rooms. Every room has got an outside window and 3 of them have a built-in wardrobe.
On the ground floor, a kitchen, a toilet and a two heights living room with a hearth. It’s a very bright and warm space. It has electric shutters which give access to the main terrace, facing the mountain. Using a stairway, we get to the garden, which sorrounds the house, and to the back door which gives access to the common areas.
In the basement you will find a garage, a pantry under the stairs, and a spacious room that can be used as a living room, playroom, cinema, gym, study, etc.
Living in this house will grant you access to two different common areas.
On one hand, the semidetached and terraced houses common areas, which include a swimming pool, a sports court, and a park with swings, just outside the back of the house.
But if you prefer, you can go to the Social Club, where you’ll be able to enjoy a large swimming pool, play paddle, football or tennis, or practice golf. One of the Social Club main features is a cafeteria/restaurant, with private rooms where you can host your celebrations, with a spectacular terrace where you can enjoy a beverage while spotting Valencia in the distance, sorrounded by lovely gardens. During the whole year, the Club organizes activitties both oriented to adults and children. The Club is 24/7 guarded and you can go there whenever you want, by car, using the residential bus or giving a fancy walk.
The residential area of Alfinach counts with its own private bus service which connects with the village and the beach. Also, the municipal bus lines get to Alfinach, aswell as to the beach.
You can easily get to Alfinach, using the A-7 highway, or the V-21 motorway. The village of Puçol has a train station and the nearby town of Rafelbunyol has a subway station, which the residential bus gets to at certain hours.
This area shall provide you with everything you may need for your daily life: nurseries schools, public and private schools, supermarkets, malls, health care centers, private security inside Alfinach, 150.000m2 of gardens, bicycle lane to the village and the beach, restaurants, etc…
